Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Adecco Group Recruiter | Manufacturing | Metals | Engineering We are recruiting for a Tooling Design Engineer to design and model foundry tooling, such as patterns and core boxes, and improve existing product lines. Specifically, this position will: Utilize CAD Software to design and create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings Work closely with product development teams to finalize new product designs Generate layouts and detailed drawings of complex assemblies and mechanical structures. Contribute to building and maintaining pattern design data for existing and new products. Evaluate the feasibility of new equipment installations or facility modifications based on technical and economic factors. Candidates should possess: 3-5 years experience in foundry tooling design Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and 3D printing technologies (FDM & SLA) and 3D scanning. Familiarity with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and electrical components. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
