Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, scheduled based on facility needs

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in Georgia (or license eligible)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
• Previous inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply - mentorship available

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and functional mobility training
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Time management and documentation skills
