You will use critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery in the emergency department. Experience with electronic medical record systems is important.To qualify, you need an active Arkansas registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent experience in emergency nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with emergency care protocols.The facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and offers advanced cardiac care, including open-heart surgery and cardiac catheterization.
