Weekend Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift 7a-7p

Job Summary:

At Aviata at Green Cove Springs, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, person-centered care to our residents while leading and supervising our team of Certified Nursing Assistants. Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
