Director of Clinic Operations

Job Details Level: Management Location: Southlake Headquarters, Southlake, TX 76092 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4-Year Degree The Director of Clinic Operations will be responsible for overall supervision of multiple clinics, including Medical Assistant, Medical Records, Front/Back Desk, Procedure Scheduling, and Radiology departments. This position requires daily issues to be addressed and resolved quickly. The Director currently oversees operations of four clinics across multiple locations with 9 physicians and 4 mid-level providers (PA, NP) and approximately 30 employees. This role works closely with staff, directors, managers, patients, the COO, physicians, and mid-level providers to ensure the highest quality of care for all Spine Team Texas patients. The Director will handle patient or staff‑driven complaints and must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times, in alignment with Spine Team Texas’s mission of “Offering an Unparalleled Patient Experience.” Other duties and responsibilities may be required by the COO. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Position may require lifting patients as needed while assisting staff. Standing or sitting for extended periods may be necessary. Must work under pressure. Tasks involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. Qualifications 5–7 years of multi‑clinic management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to present information to senior management. Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing own and others’ work. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict management and resolution. Compliance experience preferred. Excellent organizational ability. Ability to plan and execute work projects, including budget and cost analysis. Ability to work productively independently or with others. Experience with physician onboarding a plus.
