Orthopedic Surgery Center of Creve Coeur – PRN Business Office Float Orthopedic Surgery Center of Creve Coeur, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Business Office Float to join our team. As a PRN Business Office Float, you will support the Business Office Manager with daily operations, including insurance verification, patient registration, scheduling, and billing. Responsibilities Know, adhere to, and enforce all business office policies. Take deposits to the bank as needed; back up the Business Office Manager. Inform the manager of applicable day-to-day situations. Follow equipment safety guidelines and maintain equipment. Assist with overall strategic planning of the business office. Help develop and maintain policies & procedures to minimize DSO, reduce bad debt, and increase productivity. Perform other activities as requested by the business manager. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. At least one year of experience or hospital clerical experience, preferably with medical terminology. Ability to operate office equipment required for the role. Computer and medical terminology experience beneficial. Good communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
