Sales ManagerLocation: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho (On-site)Compensation: $135,000-$165,000 OTEEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummarySeeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Consultants. This is a non-selling leadership role focused on improving team performance, increasing revenue, strengthening consultative sales skills, and maintaining accountability through coaching, performance metrics, and consistent sales processes.Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop sales representatives through one-on-one sessions, call reviews, and team training.- Monitor sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, productivity, and pipeline activity.- Establish sales goals, reinforce accountability, and address performance gaps.- Improve consultative selling, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques.- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.- Collaborate with marketing, client success, and executive leadership to improve sales processes and customer experience.- Ensure ethical sales practices and accurate communication with prospective clients.Requirements- Proven experience directly managing and developing sales teams.- Track record of improving sales performance through coaching and leadership.- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.- Experience using CRM tools and sales performance metrics.- Ability to set expectations, provide constructive feedback, and manage underperformance.- Willingness to work on-site in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; relocation candidates are welcome.Preferred Experience- Inside sales and consultative B2C sales.- Real estate investing, private lending, financial services, or educational/coaching programs.- HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.- Sales leadership in regulated industries.- Sales training and performance development.
