Job Summary Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) in Chicago, Illinois. This local assignment involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule of 36 hours per week. The role supports pediatric critical care units, requiring strong acute care pediatric RRT experience. Job Details Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working every other weekend, with orientations held every Monday. Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS, PALS, NRP (for NICU assignments), and Illinois RRT license. A minimum of 2+ years of pediatric critical care RRT experience in PICU, NICU, or CCU within the current year is required. Recent acute care pediatric RRT experience is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in multiple ICU areas such as NICU, CCU, PICU, and acute care floors. Additional Information: The candidate must adhere to dress code of scrubs in any color, capable of working in various pediatric critical care environments, with EMR documentation via EPIC. Vaccination documentation for flu and COVID-19, including doses and lot numbers, must be provided at submission.
