• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Open to those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, though not required
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload across various age groups and needs
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and district policies
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student
