The Production Associate / Delivery Driver will work in a coffee roasting and production facility, supporting daily order fulfillment, packaging, and customer deliveries. This position works closely with other Production Associates, Roasters, Lead Roasters, and Operations Management to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to work with limited supervision, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and the ability to follow established procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver products to customers while maintaining a clean driving record and following all applicable traffic laws.
• Load, transport, and unload customer orders safely.
• Ensure orders are complete and properly prepared before delivery.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Production Responsibilities:

• Label coffee bags in various sizes, including 2 oz., 12–16 oz., 5 lb. bulk, and special orders.
• Operate K-Cup production equipment according to established procedures.
• Complete production orders for retail, wholesale, and online orders.
• Fill, seal, and package coffee bags.
• Grind whole-bean coffee for packaging.
• Measure products accurately according to order specifications.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
• Follow all established food-safety and sanitation procedures.

Skills and Experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow all driving laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely use step stools and ladders.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform unit conversions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities based on business and production needs.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving products and materials. The employee must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on their feet for extended periods.
