Adecco is looking for a hands-on, experienced General Superintendent to help lead the buildout of cutting-edge Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader in the field—guiding crews, solving problems in real time, and making sure projects stay on track and meet the highest standards.

You’ll also play an important role behind the scenes, working closely with project leadership to plan ahead and keep everything running smoothly. This position is employed through Adecco , supporting one of our valued clients, and reports directly to the Director of EV Charging.

What to Expect (Schedule & Travel)

This role offers a balanced rotation so you can stay connected to both the field and the bigger picture:

• Field Week: You’ll be on-site at regional projects, leading teams, troubleshooting challenges, and keeping production moving forward

• Office Week: You’ll collaborate with Project Managers and leadership, review progress, and help plan upcoming phases

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 annually
  (Full benefits are provided through Adecco and can be discussed during the hiring process.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and Support Field Teams
You’ll manage and mentor foremen and crews, making sure everyone is aligned on daily goals while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Stay On Top of Project Details
Using Procore, you’ll keep documentation organized and up to date—everything from daily logs to RFIs and as-builts—ensuring smooth communication between the field and office.

Work Closely with Leadership
You’ll partner with Project Managers to look ahead, identify risks early, and keep projects on schedule, while also collaborating with senior leadership to improve processes and execution.

Promote a Strong Safety Culture
Safety is a top priority. You’ll lead by example, conduct site audits, and ensure compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements.

Coordinate with Key Stakeholders
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for utilities and inspectors, helping ensure projects move efficiently through final approvals and energization.

A Day in the Life

During Field Weeks

• Walk job sites to check progress and ensure everything is on track

• Lead morning safety and production meetings

• Use Procore to document work and track updates in real time

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

• Tackle challenges head-on to keep the project moving

During Office Weeks

• Review project performance and updates with the PM team

• Share insights and updates with leadership

• Help plan upcoming work and identify potential risks early

• Participate in selecting and evaluating subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction

• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Experience in electrical infrastructure or heavy civil projects is strongly preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Procore

• A proven leader who can motivate teams, hold high standards, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $43.26 per hour
