Property Groundskeeper & Community Caretaker
HOUSTON APARTMENT FOUNDATION
ResProp Management is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas at our Austin property. You will support resident satisfaction by timely completing tasks and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily duties. The role requires 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
