Production Clerk — ManufacturingWe're hiring a Production Clerk to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role handles production documentation, reporting, and system updates, and plays a key part in keeping records accurate and communication flowing between production teams and shifts.Location: Bolingbrook, IL Job Type: Full-time Shift/Schedule: 2:30pm-1am, M-ThursWhat You'll DoPrint and manage picking lists and work orders in the ERP systemRelease, track, and complete production batchesReview production paperwork for accuracy and completenessReport finished goods (cases, units, and pounds) per work orderPerform cycle counts and material verificationTrack machine speeds and production outputCreate end-of-shift production reportsCommunicate with production teams and incoming/outgoing shiftsAssist with troubleshooting system or documentation issuesSupport onboarding/check-in of temporary employees as neededProvide general administrative support to production leadershipWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma preferredManufacturing or distribution experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical RequirementsOffice-based role with frequent interaction on the production floorFrequent walking, standing, and computer useAbility to lift/push up to 50+ lbs as neededEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
