What You'll Do

Evaluate hospitalized patients to determine their physical and cognitive needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist patients in regaining daily living and functional skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to monitor progress
Document patient care and progress according to facility protocols
Support patient discharge planning to ensure safe transition
Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations

What You Need

Required:

Valid occupational therapy license in Michigan
Experience in inpatient settings preferred

Preferred:

Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
