In this role, you’ll manage the financial accounting of our manufacturing operations , ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining standard costs, analyzing variances, and supporting operational leaders with meaningful financial insights. You’ll work cross‑functionally with teams in Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to keep our financial data strong and reliable. What You’ll Do Oversee cost accounting and general ledger functions for manufacturing operations Maintain and update standard costs for U.S. and international sites Analyze manufacturing variances and provide actionable insights Handle month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting Support audits, inventory counts, and internal controls Partner with Operations and Engineering on budgets, tracking, and analysis Contribute to process improvements and continuous financial accuracy What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls Experience in manufacturing cost accounting (standard costing preferred) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Compensation : $65,000.00–$85,000.00 per year Benefits : Medical and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Matching, Paid Maternity Leave, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exact Talent Acquisition
