Open to MO license only
Level 2 trauma
No supervision required
MUST have active DEA & License
7a-7p, 10a-10p 7p-7a (every day)
Temps can be done, but file must be 100 % complete and clean
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP are required
ATLS is not required
(provider must be 90+ miles from facility)
If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 7 days
after acceptance as this is a new start for CHS HBP. Your bid runs the risk of
cancelation if all onboarding documents are not uploaded within the 7-day
timeframe
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no OT rate for this assignment request
12 hour shifts available
Provider must be contracted with the agency prior to placing a bid.
