Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Nashville, TN is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. This person will be overseeing both the Mid-Shift and Overnight teams.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500 based on experience and credentials.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring. They will have advanced veterinary skills. As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
