We're looking for an experienced, sales-driven Studio Manager to lead our studio. Your Mission Create a studio experience clients love, and a team culture that wins - through connection, hospitality, and sales excellence. What You'll Own You're the leader of the studio - not behind a desk, but in the game: connecting with clients, coaching your team, and driving daily performance. What You'll Do Drive Sales & Membership Growth Own the full sales cycle: greet, tour, follow up, close, and retain - daily. Lead your team to hit weekly/monthly targets through daily huddles, coaching, and accountability. Track KPIs, spot gaps fast, and adjust the plan to win the week. Build Relationships & Community: Ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Turn first-time guests into long-term members. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop a team that's coachably competitive and service obsessed. Coach in real time - roleplay, give feedback, set standards, and recognize wins. Create a positive, high-standard culture where people grow quickly and enjoy coming to work. Run a Tight Operation: Ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and brand-right (experience matters) - every day, with every visit. Manage scheduling, studio readiness, opening/closing, and day-to-day execution. You're a Great Fit If Have 2+ years experience leading a team in a sales-driven environment (fitness, hospitality, retail, membership). Love people + performance: you can be warm and accountable. Are energized by goals, tracking metrics, and finding ways to improve every week. Naturally build relationships - clients trust you quickly and come back because of it.
