About the role: In this hands-on role, you will develop brand identities, campaigns, digital experiences, e-commerce assets, packaging, print materials, and other touchpoints that bring visual identities to life.

The ideal candidate has exceptional typography, layout, branding, and digital design skills. You can take a project from an early concept through a complete visual system, then execute that system consistently across a wide range of applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop brand identities and visual systems from concept through final execution.
\n
• Design for branding, campaigns, digital, e-commerce, web, social media, packaging, print, and physical applications.
\n
• Translate creative concepts into cohesive visual systems that work across multiple touchpoints.
\n
• Create identity systems, typography, layouts, color palettes, image treatments, graphic languages, guidelines, and brand toolkits.
\n
• Design web and e-commerce experiences with strong attention to hierarchy, storytelling, usability, and digital brand expression.
\n
• Create landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, email designs, digital assets, and other e-commerce materials.
\n
• Develop mood boards, concepts, presentations, and creative decks that clearly communicate design direction.
\n
• Collaborate with creative leadership while independently owning and executing projects at a senior level.
\n
• Move between larger identity projects and fast-paced creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
\n
• Bring fresh references, visual ideas, and creative perspectives to help evolve the work.

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a design studio, branding agency, creative agency, or culturally driven brand environment.
\n
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating senior-level branding, typography, layout, and digital design work.
\n
• Experience creating complete brand identities and visual systems, not only working within existing guidelines.
\n
• Strong web and e-commerce design experience, clearly represented in your portfolio.
\n
• Expert understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and art direction.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with working knowledge of InDesign.
\n
• The ability to take projects from initial concept through visual identity, full system development, and final execution.
\n
• Comfort designing across varied aesthetics, audiences, and brand styles.
\n
• Strong understanding of responsive digital design across desktop and mobile experiences.
\n
• Experience collaborating with developers and an understanding of how designs translate from Figma into finished digital products.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
\n
• The ability to work efficiently, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and iterate when needed.
\n
• A genuine passion for design, culture, and the details that make creative work stand out.
