What You'll Do

As our Director of Environmental Services, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping, Laundry, and Environmental Services departments while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and support the Environmental Services team.

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility.

• Develop staff schedules, conduct training, and monitor department performance.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, OSHA, and infection prevention standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance rounds.

• Manage department budgets, supplies, and inventory.

• Partner with department leaders to enhance the resident experience.

• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Long-Term Care preferred.

• Experience managing staff, schedules, and departmental operations.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of infection control, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• A positive attitude with a passion for serving seniors.

• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Commitment to providing an environment that residents are proud to call home.
