At Robroy Enclosures, our Press Operators don’t just run machines—they take ownership of turning raw materials into high-quality electrical enclosures that protect critical infrastructure. In this role, you’ll set up and operate power presses to mold sheet-molding compound (SMC), ensuring every part meets our safety, quality, and production standards in an ISO-driven environment. What you’ll own: Measure and prepare materials to spec before each run Inspect, deburr, drill, and finish parts to print requirements Track production and inventory with accuracy and accountability Identify and address non-conforming products the right way Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all ISO and safety standards What sets you apart: You pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work You show up reliable, ready to work, and accountable to your team Attendance is a priority!
