Job Summary: This hands-on role provides essential technical support for manufacturing operations during the second shift, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of issues with equipment, test systems, and production processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver adept at keeping manufacturing running smoothly.\n
Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily manufacturing operations, maximizing equipment availability. \n
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with production equipment and test systems. \n
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and process interruptions. \n
- Identify and implement solutions for equipment and process problems. \n
- Maintain and repair production fixtures and test equipment. \n
Must-Have Skills:

- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. \n
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. \n
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs. \n
Experience in supporting manufacturing or production environments is required.
