Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Educational and experience requirements: 4-year degree in engineering or construction management; plus extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance and management.
- Previous experience managing Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare and Civic projects.
- Be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize project team performance.
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project success.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Strong leadership, conflict management and communication skills (verbal and written); able to build rapport and negotiate skillfully.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to effectively allocate and develop resources.
- Results-focused; able to effectively delegate and follow-up.
- Professional, dependable and ethical. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- 30-hour OSHA training certificate. xhyhwjd
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
