Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Law Office

An AV rated personal injury and medical malpractice law firm located in Tampa, FL - Maney | Gordon Trial Lawyers is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant. Experience in plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice is preferred, but not required.

Candidates will be required to work in our downtown Tampa office.

Bilingual Spanish candidates is required.
College degree is preferred, but not required.

A candidate should possess the following qualities:

- Be highly organized, punctual, and able to work a 40 hour work week
- Be able to multi-task
- Have excellent writing skills
- Have excellent verbal / communication skills
- Have a pleasant phone manner
- Be able to function well in a team environment
- Be able to take on other responsibilities in the office, as needed

The job responsibilities will include:

- Manage a case load of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases from intake through trial.
- Extensive client contact
- Take on other office responsibilities, as needed
