What we expect from you Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment. Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (full training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family. What you’ll need Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or sports training. Ability to create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class. Outstanding interpersonal skills; children and parents must feel comfortable and engaged. Commitment to working flexible hours (evenings and weekends required) and ability to meet schedule.
