With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:• Operate and monitor fiber laser cutting machines to ensure precision and accuracy in all fabricated components.• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings and cutting requirements.• Perform setups, adjustments, and offsets on laser equipment as needed for various materials and thicknesses.• Conduct quality checks on parts to verify dimensions, tolerances, and material integrity.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety and maintenance protocols.• Load and unload materials using appropriate handling equipment while ensuring accurate part identification and inventory tracking.• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment to minimize downtime.• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet production goals and improve cutting efficiency.• Accurately record production data, part counts, and equipment logs.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in manufacturing or CNC/laser operation preferred.• Prior experience operating a fiber laser cutting machine (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or Mazak) strongly preferred.• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring tools.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.• Flexibility to work swing shifts and occasional overtime as needed.What We Offer:• Competitive hourly wage based on experience. $21+ DOE.• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.• Opportunities for advancement within a growing, innovative company.• A supportive and safety-focused work environment.• The opportunity to contribute to a team that values precision, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
