Senior Program Lead, Youth Pathways & Employment

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer, Youth Initiatives, to lead an integrated strategy aimed at improving economic mobility for youth ages 15–24 who've faced adversity. The SPO will oversee a multi-year grantmaking portfolio, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with SLED and cross-functional teams to advance education-to-career pathways, housing stability, and mental health supports.
