ResponsibilitiesDailyTraveling to satellite locationsTag and register RFID-tracked productsOrder and replenish productsProcess on-demand requestsAsset location management and upkeepManage customer relationships at satellite locationsProvide back-order resolution and mitigationPerform a physical inventory of RFID-tracked medical productsTrack missing inventoryKeep inventory organized, labeled, and rotatedMonthlyAnalyze Dashboard and provide recommendations for action with the Team SupervisorRight-sizing inventory (including consolidating, PAR level review, and SKU rationalization)Define and assist in executing projectsIdentify, find, pull, and disposition of expiring and recalled productsAttend Team meetings virtually and in personAdministrative ResponsibilitiesManaging and submitting own timecardsPoint of use location management and upkeepMaintain vendor credentialing complianceQualificationsHigh school diploma, associate's preferredExperience in inventory management, healthcare inventory management preferredStrong verbal & written communication skills are essentialComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills are requiredThe following vaccinations will be required upon hire:Tuberculosis (TB) TestMust be able to pass a drug screen and background checkReliable transportation and proof of insurance are requiredThis is NOT a remote positionSalary $55,000
