American Physiatry is a rapidly growing healthcare organization focused on delivering exceptional care to patients across our expanding network of facilities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and people-focused Healthcare Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, thinking creatively, and seeing the direct impact of their work. You’ll play an important role in growing our clinical team while helping connect healthcare professionals with opportunities where they can make a meaningful difference.

The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing and outreach through candidate engagement and placement. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and keep a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your recruiting skills and taking on additional responsibilities as the organization continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Source Top Talent: Identify and engage qualified Nurse Practitioners through job boards, social media, referrals, direct and cold outreach, and creative sourcing strategies

• Build Relationships: Develop strong, professional relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process

• Think Creatively: Test new sourcing approaches and stay current on recruitment trends to continually improve candidate pipelines.

• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and recruiting metrics within our applicant tracking system

• Make an Impact: Help build a strong clinical team that directly supports the growth and success of American Physiatry

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, confident, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.

• Previous recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable learning new technology, recruiting platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing tools

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members

• Results-oriented approach with a focus on identifying qualified candidates who align with the organization’s needs and long-term goals

• Passion for healthcare and connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities
