Contract Cna
Contract CNA provides compassionate, skilled patient care in a long-term care facility. The role supports residents' comfort and safety while documenting care and collaborating with the healthcare team. This position contributes to high-quality long-term care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and skilled patient care in a long-term care facility, ensuring residents' comfort and safety
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Document patient status, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- CNA license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care
- Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform 12-hour shifts
