We are currently working with a well‑established Swiss Private Bank with a strong presence in the Middle East, which is actively seeking entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers to expand its Dubai‑based coverage. The primary focus is on Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets, as well as Eastern Africa and UK‑linked clients who prefer a Dubai booking centre. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across the GCC, Eastern Africa, and UK expatriate segments through tailored investment and advisory solutions Drive new business development and asset acquisition, targeting USD 150m+ in Net New Money over three years. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high‑touch, personalised service from Dubai. Ensure full compliance with DIFC, UAE Central Bank, and Swiss Group regulatory standards. Reports to the Regional Market Head for the Middle East. Key Qualifications / Experience A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 150m+ in Net New Money over 3 years). Proven track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long‑term client relationship management. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong understanding of investment products, wealth structuring, and Shariah‑compliant solutions.
