Respiratory Care Student

Role: Respiratory Care Student (PRN) responsible for evaluating and providing respiratory therapy care within student scope of practice. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments, assess patient response, monitor and record condition, provide patient education, respond to medical emergencies, and perform assigned duties in a safe manner. Qualifications: Enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy program with no prior experience required. Skills & Physical Requirements: Effective communication, constant standing, walking, frequent lifting (0-25 lbs.), sitting, reaching, vision, smell, hearing, occasional heavier lifting, patient movement, bending, and occasional driving. Certifications: BLS (AHA) and Respiratory Educator Permit or Provisional Respiratory Care Practitioner/ Therapist license, depending on location.
