We take pride in our work and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our shop team.About the RoleWe are looking for a Cabinet Shop Worker to assist with the day-to-day production of cabinetry. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and takes ownership of their work.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the production and assembly of cabinets and cabinet componentsRead and follow shop drawings, measurements, and production instructionsOperate basic woodworking tools and equipment safelyAssist with cutting, sanding, drilling, assembly, and installation preparationInspect materials and finished components for quality and accuracyMaintain an organized, clean, and safe work areaLoad, unload, move, and organize materials and finished cabinetryAssist experienced cabinetmakers with various shop tasksFollow established production processes and quality standardsComplete tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlinesCommunicate any material, measurement, or production issues to the appropriate team memberPerform other shop-related duties as neededQualifications RequiredReliable and dependableStrong attention to detailComfortable working with hand and power toolsAble to follow instructions and measurements accuratelyAble to work independently as well as part of a teamPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materialsWillingness to learn new skills and processesCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environmentPreferredPrevious cabinet, woodworking, carpentry, or construction experienceExperience reading shop drawings or 2D plansFamiliarity with cabinet construction and hardwareExperience using woodworking machineryBasic understanding of measurements and fractionsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Takes pride in their workShows up on time and ready to workPays attention to the small detailsHas a positive, team-oriented attitudeIs willing to learn and growWorks efficiently without sacrificing qualityUnderstands that accuracy matters in cabinetryExperience is valuable, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
