Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director Requirements Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university Must be a licensed mental health professional (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes In-person availability Monday to Friday, 2-7 p.m. for the initial 4-6 weeks Ability to provide individual, group, and play therapy Preferred: creative and innovative approaches to mental health Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and teens Preferred: experience with couples and families Must currently hold a valid LCSW in Pennsylvania Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mental health evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation while providing individual, group, and play therapy. Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams and utilizes creative interventions to support client goals.
