Title: Sales / Design Consultant Closet Factory, Indianapolis is currently looking for experienced salespeople with an interest in home organization. The Top 20% of designers in the country earn over $100,000 per year. The top 10% of designers in the country earn over $175,000 per year. Closet Factory ( is the custom storage solution authority serving consumer home organizational needs from coast to coast. We design, locally manufacture, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garage cabinetry and flooring, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, laundry rooms, wine rooms, wall beds and more. Our sales territory consists of Indianapolis and all surrounding counties: Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Delaware, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Morgan, Shelby, Tipton. With our comprehensive and proven training program, those committed to the process will achieve substantial financial success and independence. This is a commission-only based position. Your income level is unlimited. Candidate Characteristics Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience Detail oriented with some concentration in design & space planning Ability to work both independently and in teams Develop and enjoy long‑term relationships with clients and the ability to solicit referrals Effective in networking to develop independent leads Develop your own portfolio of clients Live within the territory listed and have the ability to commute to the home office 1‑4 times per month In‑home sales experience not required but strongly preferred Benefits & Work Conditions No cold calling; leads are provided Training and mentorship provided at our Indianapolis office; pay during paid training period Work from home with flexible schedule; visit office once a month for meetings or manager appointments Unlimited earning potential Compensation Full-time position. Income: $40,000.00 to $170,000.00+ per year.
