Mechanical Assembly Technician

Our client, an industry-leading organization specializing in circuit board and subassembly repairs for office equipment devices, is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the quality and functionality of refurbished copy machine components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, aligning well with the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Location: Overland Park, KS

Pay Range: $18+ depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble circuit board components and subassemblies with precision and care
• Test and refurbish copy machine parts to ensure optimal performance
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify solutions efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and climate-controlled work environment

What's Needed?

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Ability to work in a quiet, climate-controlled environment
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools
