Nurse ManagerSierra Vista Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager. Rewarding career opportunitiesQualificationsEducation: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management is acceptable.Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.Licensure: Current RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. A valid driver's license is preferred.Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of TJC, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state regulatory requirements preferred. The Manager must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of the hospital's designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint required prior to assisting in the procedures.
