Multifamily Project Manager

Project ManagerWe're partnering with a well-established California general contractor that's continuing to grow its multifamily division and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.This role offers the opportunity to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside an experienced team. The company has a strong pipeline throughout California, providing long-term stability and opportunities for continued growth.What You'll Be DoingLead overall project execution from buyout through closeoutManage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and cost controlCoordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the projectLead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationshipsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationManage subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and procurementPartner closely with the Superintendent to keep projects on scheduleMentor and support Project Engineers while driving successful project deliveryWhat We're Looking For5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractorGround-up multifamily construction experienceStrong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administrationExperience leading owner meetings and coordinating project teamsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or P6), and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance or company vehiclePaid holidays and PTOStrong California project pipeline with long-term career growth
