Restaurant General Manager

This growing restaurant company offers excellent opportunity and stability in a high profile GM position! Required: Minimum 5 years full-service or fast casual restaurant management experience Successful at building customer relationships and interfacing with guests Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and employee satisfaction at all times Excellent leadership and employee development skills Manages cost control (P&L) Base salary up to $70k-$80k based on experience Monthly Bonus Potential Health Insurance Voluntary life insurance Vision (covered by company) Dental (covered by company) Group Life Insurance (covered by company) 4 PTO Days (prorated) 6 sick days (prorated) When Self Opportunity opened in October of 2001 our goal was always to connect top talent with great concepts nationwide.
