Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in New York.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working within mental health settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or methodologies, such as EMDR or CBT, will be given preference. Experience in outpatient therapy settings will also enhance your application, especially if you have worked with both adult and child populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus.
