Service Porter - Automotive Dealership Murdock Auto Team is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to join our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team. The Service Porter plays an important role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly and creating a positive experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assist them when arriving for service.
- Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
- Retrieve vehicles for customers when service is completed.
- Help maintain an organized and clean service drive and parking areas.
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with moving vehicles as needed.
- Help keep customer vehicles clean and ready for delivery.
- Shuttle customers when needed.
- Assist with dealership errands and other Service Department needs.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures when operating customer or company vehicles.
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers and coworkers.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required.
