OB/GYN Opportunity near Fort Worth, TX and Denton, TX

You'll step into a replacement OB/GYN role with an established patient base as a long-tenured physician recently retired. This is a turnkey opportunity with steady volume and strong clinical support in a community setting. Practice Overview

• You'll join an established team of OB/GYNs and NPs
• Clinic support includes a minimum 1:1 LVN ratio; clinical support staff have at least 5+ years of tenure (low turnover)
• In-house lab and ultrasound; EMR is eClinicalWorks in clinic and MEDITECH in the hospital
• Women's services include 10 LDRP rooms, 2 dedicated OB ORs, Level I Nursery, and 24/7 in-house CRNA coverage

Schedule

• Clinic runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (hospital rounds 8:00-9:00 AM; first clinic patients at 9:00 AM; last appointment at 4:15 PM)
• Target clinic volume: 18-20 patients/day; appointments are 30 minutes new and 15 minutes follow-up
• Call is 7 days per month
• During call rotation, expect ~3-4 calls per week (weekends included); facility averages 20-30 deliveries/month
• During the week most physicians cover their own patient deliveries

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Comfort practicing in a community setting with Level I Nursery / Level I Maternal designation
• Ability to meet a 30-minute call radius requirement
• Comfort caring for Spanish-speaking patient population desired
