Our chef-driven menu is built on thoughtful preparation, consistent execution, and quality ingredients in an approachable tavern setting. Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s is a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand. .
