Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, Community Health Center (FQHC), Outpatient

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (Child and Adolescent) - A Federally Qualified Health Care Center with multiple sites operating throughout Connecticut and is the largest provider of primary health services in Fairfield County, serving all patients regardless of their income, race, or insurance status is looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Behavioral Health multidisciplinary team, to provide care for a diverse patient base.

The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist interviews, assesses, diagnoses and treats patients appropriately within the standard of care. Should have experience and interest working with the substance abuse population (preferred). Prescribes psycho- therapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional or behavioral disorders. Collaborates with other Behavioral Health Professionals to discuss treatment plans and patient progress. No On-Call Requirements and 100% Outpatient Service.
