IDD Day Program Instructor — Empower Community Living
Cooper Farms Inc.
The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is hiring a Day Program Instructor for its IDD division. Under supervision of the TxHmL Day Program Coordinator, the Day Program Instructor 1 renders daily habilitation/individualized skills & socialization service delivery in accordance with state guidelines and includes the specified elements. Provides direct care for consumers served through day programs. You will maintain documentation, organize data, coordinate transportation if required, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Cooper Farms Inc.
