Vacatia is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Sales (Mainline) to lead our dynamic sales organization within a fast-paced resort environment. This leadership role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Director of Sales (Mainline), you will play a critical role in developing top-performing sales talent, maximizing sales production, and actively participating in the sales process through tours and sales takeovers. What You’ll Do: Inspire, coach, and mentor sales representatives to exceed performance goals. Conduct daily sales meetings, trainings, and motivational sessions. Foster a positive, high-energy, customer-focused sales culture. Monitor daily production, sales metrics, and team effectiveness. Analyze inventory and financial sales data to maximize profitability. Support sales representatives through active sales takeovers (T/O). Engage with Prospective Owners Conduct resort tours and present vacation ownership opportunities. Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process. Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals. Develop team members through continuous coaching and performance management. What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications 3+ years Sales Manager and up leadership experience on the Mainline/Frontline in the Timeshare industry. Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Must be able to lead, train, and develop a team. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules. Ability to conduct multiple resort tours daily. Preferred Qualifications Proven stats as a leader overseeing the Mainline. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Why Join Vacatia?
