Collections Specialist

Job Details Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am start Hourly: $25.96 - $32.45 Position Responsibilities Managing and collecting receivables from customers, resolving billing issues, setting up payment plans, placing customers on COD or product hold, and assisting with accounting efforts to reduce overall accounts receivable. Requesting and pursuing payment on delinquent accounts through communication with account holders while maintaining a log of payment promises and account details, and scheduling follow-up communication as part of bookkeeping efforts. Following established guidelines to review and update account statuses, and monitoring accounts receivable and cash receipt reports. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 years of specific experience.
