Blo Blow Dry Bar Morristown is looking for motivated stylists who are passionate about beautiful blowouts, retail sales, memberships, add-on upgrades, and building repeat clientele.
This is more than a salon job its an opportunity to grow your income through performance. What Youll Do:
- Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling
- Recommend retail products + add-on services
- Promote Mane Squeeze memberships
- Build guest loyalty and repeat bookings
- Participate in monthly goals, contests, and team incentives
- Hourly pay
