Job Description FT Nights 10k Sign on Bonus for eligible candidates Documents and charges for procedures accurately and completely. Demonstrates collaboration and teamwork in assisting with patient flow. Practices standard precautions and enforces safety regulations according to hospital policies. Interprets evaluations and test results to determine appropriate treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responds to all Code Blue emergencies immediately, providing CPR according to the American Heart Association and performs other duties as directed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations per hospital needs. Education & Credentials Associate [Required] Field of Study: Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science Work Experience: 1+ critical care experience [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required], Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Additional licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
