Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teacher – Elementary School

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time elementary school position in Salem, OR. This opportunity is available ASAP and will continue through the 2026/2027 school year. The selected candidate will provide individualized support for a 2nd grade student in a collaborative and supportive school setting.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized academic and behavioral support based on student needs
Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies for student success
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

Active Oregon Special Education License required
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
